Exceptional customer service, warm and friendly staff, "can do" attitude, outstanding experience, new and clean hotel, nice large and clean rooms.

The hotel is in a perfect location, as it is near the airport and right in front of it. This is convenient for travelers with early flights. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day. the hotel has inviting public areas and a shop for convenience.

One negative aspect is that the TV in the room may turn on during the night, causing some disturbance.

The location was unbeatable and the room was clean. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Frankie and Benny's that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Room was clean, bathroom spacious, great shower, and makeup counter. Appreciated staff for giving us a room facing airport runway. Son enjoyed it. Will book again for future trips.

We loved staying at this amazing hotel! The location was so convenient for getting to the airport quickly, and there were plenty of entertainment facilities nearby. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Our room was spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and soundproofed rooms. The dining options were also fantastic, with freshly cooked food and a great selection of drinks at the bar. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

Triple room was spotless and air conditioned with views of the runway. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient and the location was favourable close to the airport.

the room had a great view overlooking the runway, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. We also appreciated the delicious food offered, such as the chicken fajitas and crab and prawn pasta, which were some of the best dishes we've had.

Although our overall experience was pleasant, there were a few things that could have been improved upon. It would have been nice to have more luxurious amenities like robes and slippers, considering the hotel's reputation.

The property was just a short walk from the terminal buildings, making it extremely convenient for any traveler. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with the bonus of having a fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating, fulfilling our request for a room with an airport view. The grab and go breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options, including a tasty bacon roll, yogurt, fruit, and a delicious blueberry muffin.

Truly exceptional hotel located next to the airport. Brand-new & air-conditioned room, a laptop safe, an iron and an electronic key card in there. Very comfortable stay, we were there for 1 day.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always attentive and on the ball. The location is a big plus, as it is right next to the terminal - super convenient for travelers. The breakfast was easy to navigate and I particularly loved the waffle maker.
